WITWIT: Bubbles (set of 1)

What in the World is That? An excellent question! Jenefer wasn't quite sure herself, so she asked her glassy fans, and the votes have come in strongly in favor of calling each of these little oddities a WITWIT. That's an acronym for What-In-The-World-Is-That. And if you somehow end up with more than one, it has been decided that collectively they are a WITWAT (What-In-The-World-Are-Those)...not WITWITs. One must properly pluralize in polite society, mustn't one?

These little guys are what happened when Jenefer had a slew of time (Yay Christmas break!), to let her imagination run free. She had such a good time making them, seeing what comes out of a somewhat free-form selection of colors, and shapes, and you know...just letting stuff happen. A bit of a droop there, another eyeball here, hey, let's add a fifth foot...it's all good!

The idea is that these mark your pawn's place while you're playing board games. Who wouldn't prefer playing with lovely, beautifully-made player markers? They really add to the enjoyment of the game, and are a very cool gift for any avid gamer. They make excellent mascots, studio friends (very good at keeping an eye on all the balls we're keeping in the air), a keyboard buddy at work (all work and no play is no fun!), etc.

These markers are hand made by me, Jenefer Ham, from Bullseye glass, and each has been properly annealed in a kiln for a lifetime's enjoyment. They have a flat bottom and are very stable. They come with a lovely velvet pouch for transport/storage.

 Each piece is carefully made by melting coloured glass rods with a small tourch; layering each color of molten glass individually while in constant rotation by hand.  Jenefer is extremely passionate about her intricate lampwork glass art and loves creating unique and special pieces. She is also an avid board gamer which led to the beautiful pieces you see here. You may also know her very well by name if you are a fan of Rhado Runs Through It.  YES! This delightful artist is the opponent "Jen"/wife Richard is always playing against!
