Returns and Refunds Policy
Top Shelf Gamer appreciates your business! We want you to be 100% satisfied.
We give you 30 days to exchange or return your purchase if you are not pleased with what you received.
Returns must be in its original packaging, unused, and not damaged.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Please call us at 919-307-7575 or e-mail us at contact@topshelfgamer.com before you send us your return with your invoice number, product to be returned and contact information.
Once you receive your return merchandise authorization number (RMA), send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return or exchange of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Top Shelf Gamer.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance. If a product is damaged or defective we will provide a paid return shipping label and send you a replacement or issue a refund.
