We ship all over the world
Orders are processed M - F and can take 1-3 business days upon receipt to actually ship.
There may be some exceptions for instance the week following a big sale event like Black Friday. Also, if we have to fulfill a large amount of pre-orders at one time. This will slow our process down too.
If you need your order to ship immediately, contact us at email@example.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Many Out of Stock products are available to order. These orders will usually ship within 4 to 10 business days of the order being placed or there will be an estimated time-frame stated next to the product. Customers will be notified via e-mail when items are shipped.
Having an Out of Stock or Pre-Order product in your order, will delay your entire order, as we ship everything together.
If you would like to receive your purchase faster, we recommend that you place your Out of Stock or Pre-Order item as a separate order.
We use real-time shipping rates through USPS. Price is determined by the shipping zone, weight of product and box size.
***US WEST COAST NOTE - we have some items that are small and heavy or are borderline under 1 pound. Our system is unable to determine that these items can be shipped in an envelope or Flat Rate box. If you think that shipping is too much, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we can ship it cheaper, we will send you a manual invoice with adjusted shipping rates***
All orders of $150 or more get free shipping if shipping to the US. (This does not include wholesale orders)
*All international orders of $150 or more (the subtotal after any discounts are applied) receive a $20 refund of shipping costs at the time the shipping label is created.
We ship world-wide. Shipping prices are available at check-out. These prices do not include import fees.
*If import taxes or brokerage fees apply, customer will need to pay this charge.
UPS shipping to Canada WILL incur these fees
USPS First Class Package International - DOES NOT TRACK ONCE IT LEAVES THE US. If you choose First Class International and your package gets stuck in transit, you'll need to contact your local customs office and or postal service. There is nothing we can do to track the package once it enters your country.
USPS Priority Mail International will be tracked until it gets to your doorstep. If it gets stuck in transit, you can contact us and we will work with the postal service to get it to you. You will still be responsible for any custom taxes or brokerage fees that may apply.
International shipping can be expensive. If you are purchasing many items from the US, you may want to consider a forwarding service like Shipito or Vyking. We are not affiliated with these companies nor have we used them. We recommend you do your own research before using these.
Our system uses USPS. For free shipping orders, we choose the shipping method that fits best for each order depending on location, size, weight and rate. We use either USPS or UPS Ground and will send a tracking number to you via e-mail.
Please note: Tracking numbers may not be trackable for up to 12 hours after you receive the e-mail notification.
