Three new place tiles: Barracks, Court, Theater
Barracks - You can replace a Knight with any other Character tile to activate a Place.
Court - Move the Merchant Token of another player to an adjacent town (along a waterway or road). If there is a good on the way, you may take it. As compensation, pay the other player 1 coin.
Theatre - You can place any number of different Character Tiles in the Theatre (you may not place more than one tile per type). As its action, remove all the tiles from the Theatre and put them back in your bag, receiving 1 coin for each such tile.
